Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Raise Playspace staff member will be present for the duration of the party to welcome guests, maintain a party schedule, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the space.

  • A 50% deposit is due to hold the date of the event and the final payment is due the day of.

  • We never say no to cake! Outside food and drinks are permitted but we request they be kept in the party room. Please be mindful refrigeration is limited.

  • Yes, decorations can be hung with wall-safe materials only.

  • For children and adult guests, the no-shoe policy still applies. Please remind your guests about our policies, socks, or bare feet only.
